Larry (Beverly) Johnson
Larry is the Executive Director of Camp Harmattan. He and his wife Bev joined the ministry here in August of 2007 after being involved in other areas of camp ministry in Central Alberta for a number of years. Larry and Bev have 2 sons and 3 grandkids that they love to spend time with when they can. They are currently living in Lacombe and are continuing to be involved in music ministry in that area.
Lisa Bloomer
Lisa is the Program Manager. She is in charge of programming for the summer youth camps and for Family Camp as well. This includes the coordination of staff and volunteers, so feel free to contact her at

if you are interested. Lisa is originally from the Sundre area and joined the Camp Harmattan team in December of 2007. She has been involved in camp ministry for a few years as well as in other ministry capacities. She is excited to be part of the staff at Camp Harmattan and also to be married to Ryan!
Ryan Bloomer
Ryan is part of our maintenance team and is married to Lisa.

Keith (Marilyn) Cornish
Keith is part of our maintenance team, responsible for new projects and completion and adaptation of existing facilities. He and Marilyn have a son and daughter and 4 grandchildren. Keith retired from teaching in 2002 and came on staff at Camp Harmattan as a seasonal employee in 2004 and is enjoying working with the staff team. He and Marilyn spend the winter months under the sun in Arizona.
