Can we cook for ourselves?
Absolutely! On both the family side and the youth side we have commercial kitchens that groups can use to cook and prepare their own meals.

Harmattan is the destination for your next retreat! The large, competitively priced site can accommodate a variety of groups including church or corporate retreats, school groups, band camps and much more.
Harmattan offers group rates with or without food and/or programming services. Our pricing is based around 3 major factors: the size of your group, the number of nights staying, and the services you are interested in. Food service requirement is for a minimum of 50 guests. Activities availability based on staffing and minimum number requirements.
Whether you are looking to book a youth retreat, board retreat, corporate retreat, family reunion, family camp, children’s camp, school group or day camp, we are excited to host you and provide a space that is unique and peaceful.
Harmattan has two main sites that are available for Group Rentals:
South Side
(Youth Side)
- Maximum of 186 people for overnight groups
- Longhouse: 14 cabins with space for 11 adults per cabin
- Spruce Lodge: 8 cabins with space for 4 people per cabin (availability depending on time of year)
- Dining Hall: Commercial kitchen and seating for 200+
- Outdoor Amphitheatre
- Meeting spaces

Booking Process
1. Fill out the Group Booking Inquiry form below.
2. A Harmattan team member will follow up with you and let you know if your preferred dates are available, cost estimates and other info that is required.
3. A 25% deposit and signed rental agreement will be required to secure the rental dates.
4. Your rental occurs.
5. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks after you receive an invoice
